The Iceland ring is a beautiful ring from our collection. The name comes from one amazing trip to the land of ice, of course, Iceland, we totally love this place, as we totally love this diamond. We don’t need to tell you that Iceland is an epic place in Europe for a unique wedding proposal!
Iceland comes with an awesome 1,05 ct light grey diamond, called salt and pepper diamond. This grey diamond is almost an icy diamond for his color and has a geometric square shape on a rose cut.
What is a rose cut?
We adore the rose cut! Do you know why? First of all, a diamond with a rose cut is larger than a brilliant cut. Rose-cut diamonds aren’t dramatic, they are sweet! As their name suggests, the rose-cut diamond represents the spiral of the petals of a rosebud. One of the appeals of rose cut diamonds is that they get very close to your skin. Rose cut diamonds are very sensual and tactile, more intimate.
Rose cut diamonds are vintage and have a romantic old-time feel, they were very popular during Georgian and Victorian eras. The rose cut may accentuate any flaws within the stone.
